The location was perfect for hiking and cycling, with Caerlaverock Castle just a short 14 km away. the accommodation itself was cozy and well-equipped with 2 bathrooms, perfect for our group. the garden and terrace provided a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening barbecue. the free WiFi was a bonus for staying connected. the peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing getaway, and the proximity to Carlisle Lake District was ideal for exploring. Overall, Criffel Cottage was a fantastic choice for a memorable and comfortable stay.
